Breakfast and Lounge Chef de Partie Salary £32,120
We are looking for a Breakfast and Lounge Chef de Partie, able to work a 40 hour week - weekends are essential in this role. You will be required to work every weekend and agreed days during the week.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will work on the preparation of food and running of a food section i.e., Breakfast and weekend food offer. You will assist in the running of restaurant service for breakfast functions and manage food costs and H&S in the kitchen.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to work under pressure and demonstrate a passion for food and service delivery.
You will possess:
- Food and hygiene qualification level 3
- Health and safety qualification level 1 or 2
- City & guilds or NVQ level 3 or 4 cooking qualification
and be able to demonstrate ability to use FnB ordering systems, Monika monitoring systems and excel.
