Spending a year working at an international centre of excellence for shoulder and elbow surgery will enable me to provide the most up-to-date and effective care for patients on my return to the United Kingdom. Further, the unit’s world class research facilities offer the exciting opportunity to contribute towards meaningful orthopaedic research with a real-world impact.”
