The Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) and the International Academy of Nutrition Educators (IANE) have agreed to explore opportunities to work together.
The two organisations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, signalling their intention to co-operate on areas of mutual benefit to both organisations and their members.
The first development is a reciprocal membership agreement. RSM members can now get a 50 per cent discount on IANE membership. To take advantage of the offer, visit the IANE page on the RSM website.
The RSM actively seeks to partner with external organisations to enhance the sharing of knowledge.
An essential part of our education is the broader learning that comes from activities and support, which go beyond an event, be it in person or online. By introducing new people to the RSM and our members to relevant partners, being proactive in establishing networking events and supporting programmes with embedded resources, we are dedicated to enhancing learning for everyone.
The International Academy of Nutrition Educators is a global membership network that provides mentoring, CPD and benchmarking opportunities for professionals interested in developing and delivering high quality nutrition education and evaluating its impact, particularly on healthcare practices. Membership is also well suited to those undertaking nutrition research in a related area.
