The Trustees and Senior Management Team at the Royal Society of Medicine would like to extend their congratulations to British businessman and philanthropist Dr David Dangoor, who has been recognised with a CBE in the 2021 Queen’s Birthday Honours lists.
A supporter of the RSM for several years, Dr Dangoor was recognised for services to the community in Greater London. As head of The Exilarch’s Foundation and its subsidiary Dangoor Education, Dr Dangoor has initiated, guided and supported many causes related to education and health in Greater London, including Westminster Academy and Imperial College.
Professor Roger Kirby, President, Royal Society of Medicine, said: “David Dangoor has made an enormous contribution to the work of the Royal Society of Medicine, most recently through his generous funding of our public engagement campaigns relating to Covid-19. This is a well-deserved honour.”
