With the NHS facing significant challenges, clinicians must lead the way in improving care. This event brings together world leaders in cancer and urology, sharing insights on driving effective change. A team-based approach, including patient involvement, will be emphasised, making it relevant to all urology staff and patients.
The programme covers a broad range of topics, primarily cancer but also benign diseases, highlighting urology’s role in supporting other specialities in the UK and beyond. President’s Day will focus on enhancing care in urological cancer and benign conditions, featuring practical interventions, workforce alignment, and training for non-clinicians.
Speakers include leading cancer experts, professors of healthcare organisation, behavioural and implementation science, and keynote lecturer Professor Nick Sevdalis from the National University of Singapore.
By attending this event, you will:
- How a knowledge of implantation and improvement science can help clinicians improve care through their whole career span
- Familiarisation of teamworking tools, techniques and processes that aid whole teamworking
