Pressed chicken and mustard terrine, red onion chutney, toasted brioche

Roast sirloin of beef, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables red wine sauce
Cod fillet, roasted with Mediterranean vegetables, confit cherry tomatoes watercress sauce
Red pepper and goat cheese ravioli, pesto cream sauce (V)

Fresh fruit salad, served with a lemon sorbet (GF)
A mango & passion fruit delice set on a vanilla sponge
Lemon & lime curd set tartlet, topped with meringue bulbs and lemon, raspberry coulis
